Agar Ethiopia envisions empowered, renewed and rebuilt society of elders, mentally ill, victims of trafficking and survivors of violence. Agar Ethiopia facilitates human development to improve the quality of life; empowering victims of trafficking, women and children survivors of violence, elderly and the mentally ill people to enable them meet their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs by themselves.

Purpose of the Position
To advise and guide the engagement of victims of trafficking and survivors of violence, who are receiving support from Agar Ethiopia in income generating activities and employment schemes and form saving and credit cooperatives according to the government cooperative formation guidelines.
