Kom Trainer is responsible for training KOM sales promoters and Kom supervisors and also for all sales and marketing individuals in the BU. | |
Ø Identifying the training need for Kom sales and Kom supervisors. | |
Ø Based on the need preparing training manuals and materials. | |
Ø Provide training to sales promoters and supervisors. | |
Ø Follow-up the day to day activities of sales promoters and supervisors and other sales and marketing teams to support them | |
Ø Prepare performance evaluation criteria’s and implement it to sales promoters and supervisors. | |
Ø Advising the manager on the best methods and mechanisms which help the department to achieve its objectives. | |
Ø Collect and analyses weekly and monthly sales amount of each sales promoter to identify his or her performance. | |
Ø Based on the analyzed sales performance Recommend and implement improvement mechanisms. | |
Ø Facilitate training & development programs | |
Ø Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines | |
Ø Any other duties assigned by his or her immediate supervisor or Manager |
Requirements. | |
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management and Experience prior experience in teaching is plus
Related Fields of study | |
· Self-motivated with good leadership qualities | |
· Ability to manage and able to work independently | |
· At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. |
