Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc
Maintain system efficiency.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
Performs basic systems security administration functions, including creating profiles and accounts
Performs troubleshooting and diagnosing applications problems
Make recommendations for future upgrades.
Maintain application security, event investigations and review personnel conduct in relation to data protection
Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
Administer secure links with anti-virus, user authentication and intrusion detection
Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
Evaluate and modify system's performance.
Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Keep current with new Information Technology Security protocols, applicable laws and regulations.
Performs systems administration functions for the e-mail system

Demonstrate in depth knowledge of windows server and client technologies
Active directory management and group policy administration
Knowledge and experience in Virtualization (Hyper-V)
Very good Knowledge in IT Security, Backup and Disaster Recovery, BCM plan
In-depth knowledge of multiple servers system administration
Job Requirement
Experience
Five years of system administration experience.
Bachelor degree such as engineering or computer science or Information science
Certification in Microsoft windows server management and exchange server is a plus
