Scope:
Under the supervision of the Community Wellbeing Initiative Manger and Camp Managers, the CWI Response Officer will supervise the case management and support provided to Gender Based Violence survivors. The CWI Response Officer will train and supervise refugee social workers to respond to cases of GBV in the camp and ensure effective case management. This includes providing ongoing training and mentorship for social workers and utilizing monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure high quality services.
