Supervision of cars repairs, maintenance and cleanliness
Organizing additional means of transport (rented vehicles, taxis, flights, etc.)
Efficient organizing or assisting of the transport requests from PIN staff
Supervision of drivers, guards and office cleaner
Inform supervisor if any problems in the house or compound is pets, damages etc.
Scanning and copying of documents
Attendance sheet distribution to guards, and Dilla office staffs
Make sure Preparation and serving tea and coffee for staffs
Maintain office supply inventories and provide their bulk purchase periodically
Organization of procurement and purchasing of materials and services
Store management: Cleaning instruments, tools etc that they are kept in PIN's storage room in proper way, repaired or replaced when broken and when take the storage away return to it.
Make sure environment in the whole PIN’s compound is clean and organized
Assist logistic officer/Cashier for procurement
Maintenance - overall maintenance, repairs and improvement
Office stationary supplies
Perform any administrative activities assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Requirement
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Office management, Business Management, secretary Science and other social science related fields of studies
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on Office management and related areas.
Experience with fleet management, knowledge of Auto Mechanics and procurement is advantageous.
Experience in NGO is advantageous
Strong writing, reporting and communication skills
Good command of MS Package (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Fluency in English and Amharic, both written and spoken.
