Detailed duties and Responsibilities
Expected duty: - Provide technical engineering information to project supervision and crafts to ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes and specifications. Coordinate between consultants, external agencies, contractors, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects. Supervise office staff for all administrative works that include processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors. Check contract document submittals, coordinate, review and assess the document and send it to contract administrators for further approval. Review and supervise construction activates as per design and specifications. Administer contractor’s work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents. AutoCAD, Project management skills, Confident and dynamic personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills
