JOB SUMMARY :
Be accountable to overall success of the realization of the objectives of FGAE in Finance Management, Treasury Management, Human Resource Management, Administration and Supplies Managements as specified in the Association’s Strategic Plan and Annual Program and Budget; In charge of developing and maintaining efficient and effective HRM and Development system, Established strong Internal control system with clear accountability across the association; Provide Sound HR, financial and Supply Chain Management(SCM) Advice to Board and SMT, Provide an effective HRM and Financial Management Service to MA, Act as the leading interface between management and Board on financial matters, Safeguard the Asset of the Association.RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
