Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizing and handling Incoming and outgoing letters of the company.
Compile department’s stationary budget annually, semiannually and quarterly.
Follow up, dispatching daily outgoing letters and other bank Cheque , CPO through liaison officers.
Classifies, organizes and supervises the filing system of the office to secure complete and accurate records.
Maintains proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Receives telephone calls and messages, gives information to callers, connects callers to the concerned person, and undertaking outgoing calls.
Transmits messages, instructions, circulars and remainders from the GM to the concerned departments head.
Performs a variety of clerical, typing and any secretarial duties in the office.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
First Degree/Diploma in Secretarial science & office management or related fields
3 years of work experience as Executive secretary
Excellent Computer Literacy (MS-Windows, MS- Word, MS – Excel, Email, etc.)
