Managing, training and motivating sales force to meet targets, drive revenue growth and distribution
Design and set targets and sales performance metrics and KPIs
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the team
Collecting customer and market feedback and designing and implementing strategies to address them
Monitoring and controlling sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting
Recruiting, training & mentoring new sales persons & sales supervisors in collaboration with the Human Resources Department
Managing the design and implementation of RTM
Developing and overseeing the implementation of detailed and professional procedures, standards, routines and guidelines for each aspect of the sales operation
Ensuring effective implementation of Sales Force Automation system and other technologies.
Managing new product launches, marketing campaigns, etc.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
First Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Administration and related field
6 Years of work experience , Out of the 6 years, 2 years should be as Addis Ababa Area Sales Head/Manager of FMCG
Excellent Computer Literacy (MS-Windows, MS- Word, MS – Excel, Email, etc. )
