1. Help manage the local staff at site including recruitment, contract negotiation, attendance calculation, daily management, salary calculation and distribution and pension.
2. Drafting warning letters, notice and other letters both in Amharic and English.
3. Communicate with local administrations, government offices and coordinate the work between departments at site.
1. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
2. Understand the operation of computer and software like Word, Excel and etc.
3. Understand Human Resources Management, those who have similar work experiences will be preferred.
4. Can translate between English and Amharic fluently both in writing and speaking.
5. Can work consistently at project site outside Addis Ababa.
