The Center for Victims of Trauma (CVT) is a US based non-governmental and non-profit organization engaged in mental health programs in Ethiopia, in the process of starting a program to support the South Sudanese refugees in Nguenyyiel refugee camp.
Currently, CVT is looking for qualified Counselors. This is a full time position based Gambella with daily travel to the Nguenyyiel camp. The position holders will report to the Expert Psychotherapist/Trainers (PT) and Zonal Manager (ZM) in Gambella.

Qualifications:
In the event of insufficient number of applications from fully qualified candidates, those with adequate combination of limited experience, educational background, and language skills will be considered.
Terms of Employment: Initial contract from January 8, 2019
through August 31, 2019 (45 days of probationary period) and with a possibility of continuation thereafter depending on the funding availability. The position is dependent upon project approval.
Number of Individuals Recruited: Ten (10). Out of the ten Counselors recruited, two (2) will be promoted to become Counselling Supervisors after six months of employment based on their performance, aptitudes, and other qualifications.
