The Reservations Agent is responsible to the smooth and efficient running of Communications Center within the Rooms Division, working as an operator and handling reservations.
Job Requirement
Ideally with a relevant diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience hotel operations. Administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
