GOAL has been working in Ethiopia since 1984 implementing a range of multi-sectoral development, resiliency and humanitarian responses. GOAL Ethiopia is currently working with street children, pastoralists and rural small holders and responds to humanitarian crises in Ethiopia by working closely with local communities, local government and other key actors with a strong emphasis on resiliency, preparedness and longer term impacts. ABOUT THE ROLE
GOAL Ethiopia is looking for a competent, motivated, experienced Log, Admin. & Finance Officer to be a part of GOAL’s dynamic team. You’ll be ensuring that all GOAL expected to work in collaboration with programme, Finance, Admin. & logistics personnel at field office level for the effective delivery of tasks.
ABOUT YOU
You'll be experienced Logistics, Administration & Finance Officer who will be responsible for administering the Logistics, Finance and Human Resources of the programme area.
· BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supplies Management or related fields with 2 -4 years’ experience.
· Knowledge of local language Somaligna.
Desirable qualities, Skills and Competences: (list of qualities that are considered desirable for the specific post):
· Has initiative; creativity and independent to perform the job properly.
· Good communication skill both verbal and written in English and Amharic.
· Knowledge and application of other accounting software package, Peachtree, SUN, etc.
· Strong knowledge in interpretation and application of Ethiopian Labor Law and other relevant legislations relevant to HR.
· Having Training on any HR related areas.
· Honest and know how to manage problem resolutions.
· Management skills of staff (subordinates).
· High level of accuracy, attention to details.
· Ability to deliver task on deadline.
· Very good knowledge and application of MS-Office, especially Excel.
· Team oriented, flexible and creative approach; keen to take initiative where appropriate.

Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary: Birr 9,207.00/month
Pension - 11% from employer and 7% from employee
Transportation Allowance - 10% of monthly salary
Hardship Allowance, 30 - 50% of monthly salary based on the place of assignment
