Background:
Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the direct supervision of the IOM Head of the Migration Health Division (MHD), the incumbent shall be responsible to carry out duties related to the department’s reception desk activities. In particular he/she will be responsible for the following;

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education and Experience
· University degree in secretarial science and office management or alternatively a combination of relevant training and practical experience;
· At least 4 years of working experience;
· High level of interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; commitment, efficiency, flexibility, drive for results,
· Demonstrated ability of working effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds in order to achieve desired goals.
· Experience in using Microsoft Office packages - (Outlook, Word, Access and Excel) and
· Strong work ethics and ability to meet deadlines
Languages
· Fluency in Amharic and English is required. Knowledge of other local language is advantageous.
