Support the General Manager in Import related activities like Originating and responding to e-mails with different local and Foreign Suppliers,Customers and Stake Holders.
Perform Secretarial and Office Management Activities.

Educational Qualification:He/she must be with Diploma/Degree in Secretarial and office Management or related fields.
Skills/Experience: The applicant must posses not limited to the following skills
1.She/He is expected to be with an adequate prior Knowledge of handling LC processing skills starting from filling Permits and organizing Documents to and from Suppliers and Customers.
2.Excellent Secretarial Skills and Computer Literate with MS office,Ms Excel, Ms Power point,Ms Publisher etc.
