Position Summary
The Facility Officer is responsible to coordinate; facilitate the proper utilization and maintenance of the Company Facility Services
1. Plan the material and general services requirements of LEHULU centers.
2. Assess the current supply levels of material resources and determine shortages/surpluses of the same in all centers.
3. Prepare requisitions to property and supply sub unit to fill shortages/gaps of facilities and facilitate the process.
4. Follow up and control better resource utilization among centers of LEHULU.
5. Receive supplies and other fixed assets purchased from the property and supply sub unit, record and safeguard them.
6. Manage the supply, storage and distribution of material resources to LEHULU centers.
7. Properly manage vehicles and motors’ utilization assigned to LEHULU centers.
8. Manage and coordinate security workers, cleaning and gardeners of LEHULU centers and work closely with Outsourcing agencies for the fulfillment of same when there is shortage, irregularities.
9. Manage the maintenance of office equipment of LEHULU centers.
Education : BA /College Diploma in business management, accounting or other relevant fields
Experience :2 / 3 years of direct experience to the position
