Our company Damadis chemicals and Detergents plc would like to invite qualified candidates for the position of Executive secretary/Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
Attending meetings and keep minutes.
Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
Make travel arrangements.
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, etc.

Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
Develop and maintain a filing system
Term of Employment: Permanent after probation period
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience
BA Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science and Office Management or any other related field plus 5 years of experience. Any educational background in Chemistry, chemical engineering field or any other science fields or any work experience in chemical producing or trading companies will be highly appreciable and will be given a priority.
Language: The applicant must have proven proficiency in English and French (Arabic language is a plus)
