· Post new positions with the support of the HR Officer
· Will support the HR team in the recruitment process including downloading applicant’s CV and scheduling interviews.
· Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets
· Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing
· Update the online staff profile
· Complete and mail out regret letters
· Scan and save staff personal documents in a well-organized manner
· Responsible for the hardcopy staff personal filing
· Teamwork
· Work proactively with other team members.
· Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on multiple activities.
· Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions if able, or escalate the request to the HR team members
· Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
· Manage and Accurately Report Time and Expenses.
