SUMMERY
Mainly responsible for ensuring that at all time the business is correctly staffed by the right number of people with the skills relevant to the business needs. Also, responsible for attracting, developing & retaining staff to compete effectively with in the local market. Motivating and providing the appropriate training and development programs in order raise efficiency and standards of performance are additional responsibilities.
