Job Summary:
Leads Program Administration Unit (consisting of this position plus Program Administration Assistants), in order to support Project Officers (POs) and Program Managers (PMs) in management of Program Department. Key tasks include coordinating support requests from POs, and PMs. For example, liquidations, advances, partner communication, organizing workshops (including hotel and workshop venue bookings), office management (compiling department’s stationery and other office supplies requirements), record keeping and secretarial works.
