Prepare and submit Annual Strategic Plan ( ASP) report; Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position. Act as a focal point and monitor assigned areas to ensure Spare Part delivery dates meet production needs. Analyze data and collaborate with internal customers to determine and apply appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies. Identify and coordinate advance notice, input and resolution of Spare Part shortages/overages.
Coordinate and execute scheduling activities for assigned parts using available systems. Demonstrate effective collaboration skills by open communication and sharing of pertinent business information to user departments.
Interface with stakeholders within company to identify and coordinate the disposition of obsolete, non-conforming, and excess spare parts.
Anticipate potential problems and risks, and generates ideas, insight and solutions to resolve potential problems, followed by decisive action to implement solutions. Follow safety rules , regulations and store cleanness. Act on subordinate leadership, guidance and evaluate performance.

Job Requirement
Education
BSc Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Computer Engineering or Related
Experience
4 Years in Maintenance or Maintenance planning
Experience in Material Management/Warehouse Management will be plus
