§ Based on the company’s human resource strategic plan prepares short term manpower requirement plan
§ Fill vacant posts following transfer, promotion and recruitment procedures of the company
§ Undertakes periodic labor market survey and ensures that company employee are getting fair compensation
§ Ensures that performance evaluation of all employees is undertaken periodically as per procedure and record is kept in personal file of employees
§ Manages employees incentive schemes like bones, salary increments, credit facility etc
§ Prepares man power statistics and administers employees records.
§ Administers all types of leaves
§ Administers proper control of attendance
§ Handles employees complaints, grievances and disciplinary cases
§ Undertakes performance evaluation of his subordinates as per procedure
§ Identifies training and development needs of his subordinates and train them accordingly
§ Conducts exit interview of employees
§ Prepare performance report of his/her division periodically
§ Perform other duties assigned by his/her immediate supervisor
BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related
6 years relevant experience and out of which at least 2 years in senior position
Experience in manufacturing company is advantageous
