§ Based on approved manpower request and job specification prepare vacancy announcement
§ Register applicants who meets minimum job requirement
§ Prepares candidates profile summery & submit to his immediate in charge for short listing
§ Appoints short listed applicants for exam and interview
§ Prepares employment minutes and submits for approval
§ Announce result to selected candidates
§ Ensures selected applicants fitness to work through police and medical clearance
§ Ensures selected applicants have filled life history and pension form accurately
§ Prepare letters of promotion, recruitment, transfer & other employee matters and submit it to his in charge.
§ Ensures that probation period performance evaluation is undertaken by concerned managers on time
§ Collects periodic performance evaluation of employees from departments on time
§ Maintain record of documentation as per procedures
§ Perform other duties assigned by his/her immediate supervisor
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related
- 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing industry is advantageous Skill
- Good communication skill
- Excellent computer skill on Ms word, excel, access and database management
- Awareness of national and international labor laws
