Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist which is a Grade 12 position per the Company’s job grading.
The Role Summary:
Working with the team, the person is responsible to design standardize business process & systems, conduct process gap assessment & prepare action plan for improvement, provide trainings focused on process & control improvements, and continuously improve processes to make sure that the finance department is more effective & more in control. Provide recommendation for improvement and lead the implementation actively. Prepare various procedure and manuals based on company need.
The Person:
This role is positioned at the professional level and requires an experienced Process Improvement Specialist who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive learning and development as well as a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere.
BA degree in Accounting and Finance with 5 + years of relevant experience in process improvement, and good communication and expression ability are the requirements of the role.
