Thus, we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who can undertake office administrative tasks. The Office Admin will work with minimal supervision to ensure a smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs as well as serve as the focal person for internal and external users
Organize the office layout, operations and procedures
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
Responsible for bringing new clients for the new office spaces
Initiating, coordinating and organizing events that foster new and existing client engagement
Making sure meeting rooms are arranged, with all the necessary amenities, for external clients and internal clients
Provide general support to visitors, new office space clients
Assist in the on boarding process for new office space clients
Liaise with facility management vendors, including IT, cleaning, catering and security services
Ensure company property and equipment’s are properly handled
Job Requirement
BA Degree in business fields
At least 2 years relevant experience in business fields with one year on sales or event coordination activities
Excellent on speaking and writing in English
The ability to communicate, negotiate and convince
