We are looking for A dynamic, result driven and dedicated Sr. Finance and Administration Coordinator who will be primarily responsible for ensuring smooth operation of financial and administrative activities of the regional office. S/he is mainly responsible for area office finance operation activities, fixed asset and inventory management, lease, utilities, vehicle fleet, office security, cleaning and time keeping. The incumbent of the position also serves as an extension of Grant and Contract team and shoulder responsibility related to the function of grant and contract activities. S/he provides administrative and logistical coordination support for trainings organized by the central office. S/he has also a dotted line relationship with the central office support functions such as Operation, Finance and Human Resources.
