JOB SUMMARY
ROLE PURPOSE:
The job Holder will have the role of designing the MEAL system of the EHF Essential Humanitarian Supplies project including data management system, setting clear data management flow mapping, MEAL process mapping, designing data collection tools and establishing MEAL technical working group whose members will be from consortium member (SWAN i.e. Save the Children International, World Vision, NRC and Action for Hunger) MEAL focal persons, ensure required MEAL deliverables are timely delivered. In close collaboration with program staffs and CO SCI MEAL and consortium members MEAL focal points, the Consortium MEAL manager will play leading role in designing the project MEAL system, coordinating the implementation of strategies to ensure proper planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, accountability mechanisms of the project and the timely dissemination of best practices & lessons learnt. She/he is responsible to ensure that the delivery and quality of the programs is in line Humanitarian Minimum Operating Standards, Donor requirement, MEAL Framework.
