· Oversee Factory IT operations, including but not limited to network and infrastructure maintenance, server and system administration, systems implementation and upgrade, etc.
· Manage IT vendors to ensure timely, quality and cost-effective IT product and service delivery
· Manage IT hardware and software inventories
· Provide end-user computing training and support
· Implement IT-related projects
· Provide support to different applications in the Factory
· Provide end-user support
· Identify, investigate, and resolve IT-related problems
· Understand and live by the Company’s core values to create a quality culture
· Take accountability for growing and continuously improving oneself
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer Engineering or related.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment.
