Ø Collect worker feedback on the employment relationship regularly. Build personal relationships with employees as needed and appropriate.
Ø Provide feedback to the management team on the worker employment relationships regularly.
Ø Assist in implementing the defined employee retention programs as needed.
Ø Maintain the recreational facilities (e.g. sports facilities).
Ø Schedule, prepare, and coordinate the employee engagement survey as planned.
Ø Provide support to the managers in analyzing the employee engagement survey results and assist managers in executing the follow up actions as needed.
Ø keep in touch and maintaining relationships with ex-employees as a potential source of employee as appropriate.
Ø Implements the approved employee support and counseling program to ensure the mental health of the employees.
Job Requirement
First Degree in Management, Law or any other related field of study and minimum 2 years of experience preferably on employee/industrial relation positions.
