Maintain updated staff information and updated personnel files.
Work with the hiring managers and General Service in preparing office space, computers and other relevant equipment’s before the arrival of the new staff.
Work with supervisors in setting up individual orientation program for all newly hired staff.
Provide orientation on HR policies and procedures.

Ensure all staff has specific roles and received Job descriptions.
Keeps and updates staff leave records (annual, sick, maternity, parental, etc.)
Manage all other employee related-issues
And other duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Education and Experience
BA degree in Management, Business Administration or Human Resource or related field of study.
Proven skill in administration and human resources management.
