ROLE PURPOSE:
The Senior Consortium Manager will work closely with all Consortium team Members of WASH, Health, Cash and Emergency Shelter/NFI for program approach innovation and holistic implementation SWAN (SCI, WVI, AAH and NRC) consortium Project. He/she liaise with support Consortium Staffs to strategically address operational issues that would hamper timely and quality program delivery. He/she will be responsible for coordination with clusters, government authorities, WHO, UNICEF and other stakeholders and serve as a primary point of contact for projects in the thematic sectors.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Program Management
· Provide leadership and strategic direction in the design and delivery of Health, ESNFI and WASH Project of SWAN (SCI, WVI, AAH and NRC) Consortium.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
· Facilitate and create a dynamic program environment that promotes inquiry;
External Representation and Coordination:
Operations (HR, Logistics and Finance)
• Identify training needs and ensure that members of the project team receive appropriate training (including mentoring, on-the-job sessions as well as formal trainings).
• Ensure that high priority purchases are monitored and prioritized by the logistics team
• Ensure that tenders are prepared in accordance with the projects logistics requirements

Qualifications and certifications:
Experience:
· Recommended 10 -12 years of relevant progressive experience, out of which 5 years in managerial positions. experience in a humanitarian environment including significant field operations experience running both emergency & development programs is required.
Skills/Ability required:
Proven capacity to supervise, train and coach staff
