Deliver PS Core products(SGSN/GGSN/CG,etc), including site surveying, hardware installation, and software installation and commissioning;
Operation and Maintenance of PS Core network, including alarm monitor, troubleshooting, software upgrade;
PS Core network design including IP address schemes, interconnection design with access network and signaling network, IP routing strategy and so on.
Provides network deployment and support for Huawei customers and third party suppliers on deployment projects and programs.
Provides customers with voice/data network technical support including problem escalation resolution and takes responsibility for customer satisfaction with equipment and service.
Work closely with service bidding team for RFP response and costing analysis.
Work closely with procurement department for local service supplier assessment and qualification.
Work closely with Product Verification teams, R&D, Project Management, Customer Support, Sales & Marketing, and third party vendors for technical solutions.
Job Requirement
Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Telecom Engineering and Computer science, or other Technical field or equivalent education and experience.
Good communication and organizational skills with supervisors and customers.
Able to work under pressure and good team spirit.
Knowledge on TCP/IP, routing. Experience on Router/Firewall/Lanswitch configuration is preferred
Fluency at English as working language both Spoken, written & communication
Understanding of key components in CDMA, UMTS and LTE Mobile Network and their relevant industry standards - Standards 3GPP, 3GPP2, ITU, IEEE, IETF.
Self-learning ability, self motivated, clear communication, team work, willing to travel.
Detailed knowledge and experience of the Mobile Packet Core (PS/EPC) network for 3G and LTE networks with its components and interfaces is preferred.
