Solidaridad Ethiopia has been intervening the Ethiopian leather sector through a program called Green Tanning Initiative (GTI) since 2018. The program aims at promoting technologies that reduce the environmental impact of leather processing and creating sustainable employment in the Ethiopian leather industry. To achieve this objective, the organization needs an external professional consultant to develop Strategic Marketing Plan for selected 3 tanneries (2 located around Addis and 1 located at Modjo-Edjersa). The purpose of this TOR is therefore to set out the objectives, the scope of the service, the deliverables (duties and responsibilities of the external consultant), the essentials of the consultant and the terms of payment.
