Job Summary
THE QA MANAGER EVALUATES, UPDATES, AND IMPLEMENTS POLICIES AND STANDARDS TO ENSURE THAT TCP PRODUCTS MEET STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, ESSENTIAL PRODUCT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, AND ALL TCP QUALITY REQUIREMENTS. ALSO OVERSEES AND COORDINATES QUALITY ASSURANCE ACTIVITIES WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO RESOLVE PRODUCTION PROBLEMS, MAXIMIZE PRODUCT RELIABILITY, AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT VALUE TO THE CUSTOMER
