Our client, Total Ethiopia S.C. , is looking for an HR officer who would be responsible for the following
Compile and update employee records both in hard and soft copy.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations, job descriptions etc.
Involve in employee recruitment activities.
Prepare employment related contracts; manage post recruitment formalities .(medical, police, insurance, etc)
Handle matters related to employee in relation to promotion, transfer, acting, termination, etc.
Compile up-to-date and complete bank of job descriptions for each employee both in soft and hard copy.
Check and prepare all payment orders related to employee medical bills, expense claims by employees , monthly fee to external service providers.
Work with occupational health advisor
Follow up recruitment and administration of contracted employees
Prepare periodic HR reports such as headcount, training etc
Closely follow up employee leave management with appropriate monthly leave report.
Continuously update employees' records with required information including training details in the company's HR Management software
Compile payroll input and process them in a timely manner
