Within the context of Apparel Division and Factory direction and guidelines, to verifiably contribute to achievement of the Factory’s business performance by providing the managerial leadership and the HCM functional expertise essential to equip line managers with the HCM tools and HCM services support needed for them to attract, develop and retain engaged and competent staff, in support of ensuring garment production outcomes that meet the customer’s quality, quantity and delivery specifications and the Factory’s KPI targets, while operating within all applicable country, customer, Division and Factory policies and guidelines and in ways that create a sustainable and engaged work force and healthy and safe occupational work environment
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment
Language skills: Written and spoken English a must
