Locations: Addis Ababa, and in 10 different Woredas (Adaba, Gedeb Assasa, Dodola, Kofele, Qore, Shala, Siraro, Halaba, Bule, Gedeb Woredas)

ROLE PURPOSE:
S/he will closely liaise with all Brooke staffs at woredas to ensure timely data collection, management and use of livelihood data for decision making and learning within Brooke Ethiopia.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduate in degree program in relevant field of studies
- Sensitivity, diplomacy, tact, good communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Well-developed interpersonal and team skills
- Good administrative skills in order to work with people at managerial and senior government levels.
- The ability to present concise reports, sometimes on a short notice
- Ability to coordinate activities with other agencies, build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ability to understand complex security situations and adjust operations accordingly.
- Flexibility, willingness to travel and work in difficult circumstances.
- Good understanding of humanitarian protection standard, Sphere Minimum Standards, gender issues and Code of conduct as relevant to food distribution activities.
- Demonstrated experience of integrated gender and diversity issues into humanitarian programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Computer literacy and good data analysis skills (using MS Excel, SPSS or other software)
