This position assists with HR related daily administrative tasks in our office. Example tasks may include basic data entry, document organization, secretarial duties, assisting HR department with translation and other documentations in both English and Amharic. Follow up individual cases of company workers, report complaints and issues by corresponding with supervisors and manager. Other small projects such as scheduling, taking meeting minutes or assisting the Chief Operating Officer with outside meetings might occur as needed. Serious Candidates only.
Candidates must have previous experience working in the HR department, preferably in a manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of the labour proclamation and HR management is required. Candidates must demonstrate good command of English and solid writing skills in both English and Amharic. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is must. This positions requires an individual who can precisely follow instructions and motivated to work independently. Serious candidates only.
