· To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
· Maintain employee attendance record
· Resolving absenteeism
· Avoid unreasonable taking of leave
· Controlling Labor Turn Over
· Resolving late coming
· Ensuring work discipline in the floor
· Ensure Dressing Code of the Company
· Implement SOP of punch in and punch out
· To counsel the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are logging behind efficiency as referred by line manager/Supervisor.
· To counsel the absentee workers as referred by Line Manager/Supervisor, in view to reduce absenteeism & turnover.
· To counsel workers in group wise on general issues.
· To counsel workers on disciplinary issues.
· To counsel workers on safety health & hygiene issues.
· To counsel the workers getting responsible for Quality inspection failure and make them aware on Quality Assurance improvement
· To provide guidance/ assistance in view to provide them due leave, incentives and any other legal benefits as applicable by law/ company policy.
· Handling grievances at the initial stage
· Listening to workers and counselling them as well
· Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance
· Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management
· Maintaining registers of Grievance handling, absenteeism status and daily attendance report, Orientation, Awareness programs, etc.
· Any other duties assigned by the management
1. 2-4 years of work experience from HR background
2. Good in people management
3. Excellent command in English and fluent in local languages
4. Ability to convince and independently manage with minimal supervision
5. Has a passion to excel and ability to take up higher roles
6. Familiar with MS Office package
