- Conduct food related inspections as per the relevant procedures and standards by maintain the necessary environments for inspection and sampling.
- Develop and document technical documents required for the inspection activities
- Apply proper techniques for collecting samples and performing field tests and examinations (where required)
- Prepare written reports of inspection findings.

- BSc Degree in Food science/Agriculture, post harvesting/chemistry/Applied biology and other related fields.
