1. Develop a training strategy based on the company's
standards, build a company training system;
2. Responsible for new employees training and senior employees skill upgrading on the aspects of brand, engineerings, marketing, operation, room service etc;
3. Organize and coordinate relevant departments to improve
the managing standard process, guide them to R&D curriculums;
4. Cultivate internal trainers, establish an internal training lecturer system;
5. Organize and introduce external resources according to the
company's needs .
Job Requirement
1. More than 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, more
than 3 years of training management experience;
