ROLE PURPOSE:
Donor Audit Assistant position is to provide overall coordination and support to DAC. S/he support the DAC as interface between SCI departments/programs and external auditors. She/He is required to ensure all documents needed by the external auditors are organized and set in a timely manner.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Engage on assisting DAC during the engagement of donor audits (100%):
· Communicate the departments and program heads to provide all the necessary documents and data for the audit
· Supply to the auditors all the data and documents gathered from departments and programs
· Facilitate the logistics needs of the external auditors with respective personnel
· Receive the queries from external auditors and distribute to the relevant personnel to respond them.
· Facilitate any meeting with the relevant personnel as demanded by the external auditors
· Maintain back up (physical and electronic) of all audit materials for easy retrieval and reference and monitor the document management process across SCI.
Facilitate the support needed by the donor auditors by availing, scanning, photo copying documents

· 2 Years of work experience
· Computer knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)
· Oral and written communication skill is an advantage.
