CowaterSogema Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to guide the implementation of a business process transformation initiative in the Ministry of Revenues (MoR). The position is based in Addis Ababa.
Key responsibilities
Design and project manage the implementation of the Business Process Transformation program
Develop detailed workplans, including timeframes and resource requirements, for work groups
Regularly monitor the progress of all work groups and provide regular updates to senior officials

The successful candidate is expected to have demonstrated experiences to meet the following selection criteria:
Project Management – plan, organise, assess and monitor a business process transformation programme, including risk management
Effective Communication –effectively communicate the objectives, methodology and progress of the BPT program across all hierarchical levels
Organisation and Processes –structure activities and processes and define standards of performance
Ability to Influence –influence, persuade and encourage others
Integration Capacity – identify interdependencies between MoR work programs with involved stakeholders
Customer Focus -identify customer expectations and deliver expected results
Relationship Building - create and maintain a community of practice of senior managers and technical staff
Knowledge Management –sound understanding of business process management, preferably a working knowledge of suitable technologies and linkages with IT system design
Conflict Management – positively manage and overcome resistance to the development of ‘To-Be’ business processes.
