· Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls; directs callers to appropriate team member
· Provides secretarial support to team members
· Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
· Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
· Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
· Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
· Updates appointment calendars.
· Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications
· Prepares travel arrangements, vouchers etc
· Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
· Organizes and services meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
· Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or degree in Administrative Services Management
· Experience in a relevant field would be an advantage
· Good command of Amharic and English languages
