Job Purpose: to act as a bridge between customers and the Factory to ensure customer orders are serviced to meet/exceed customer expectations in the areas of fabric development, sample development, and bulk production; provide the support required for effective pre-production preparation, fabric control, and the creation of a customer-driven mindset throughout the Factory in support of the Factory’s overall performance and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customers on production progress and responding to customer queries
· Coordinate development of samples
· Order materials for production and resolve material problems
· Follow up and monitor the sample order production progress
· Create a customer-driven mindset in the Factory
· Foster effective cross-functional working relationship
· Understand and live by the Company’s core values
· Take accountability for growing and continuously improving oneself
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with customer interface
