The Field Sales Person is responsible to bring in new business/corporate customers that will have impact to increase the sales volume of the company.
Detail Job description:
Develop, build, and manage a client base of businesses in assigned market segment
Identify potential (via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events) new business opportunities, generate leads, sales through monitoring of need in the industry and meet targets
Oversee the sales process at each stage from initial contact, closing and follow up
Perform all on boarding activities of a business in accordance with the plan and report if there are any irregularities
Interact with partners and different departments to drive and facilitate the on-boarding process
Ensure to build productive relationship with client assigned to and keep a regular follow up to understand client/deal structure and agree requirements/responsibilities
Make recommendations to immediate supervisor on account development and retaining activity and on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target markets
Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues in the assigned market segment
Key contributor to continuous process improvement efforts
Ensure all contact information is accurate and maintained updated
Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Requirement
BA in Marketing and Information Technology
More than 2 years of experience in sales
Good Interpersonal, Communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills
Good analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and with less supervision
