Job Summary:
Under the general supervision and guidance of the Deputy Call Center Head, Assistant System Administrator II is responsible to receive inbound calls, provide appropriate answer for these calls, to identify and resolve crucial problems raised by customers with phone. In addition to these, Assistant System Administrator II is also responsible to welcoming gusts, ask their interests and/or inquires and direct them to the concerned department heads; and coordinate and supervise the overall reception activities.
