Responsibilities:
Manage order processing including SO and PO Creation,
Ensures on time delivery by monitoring order status ; and
Provides update information and aswers enquiries of both internal and external customers proactively;
Job Requirement
Experience / Skills:
Degree in Marketing,business management or related;
1-2 years of experianace on basic custmor service;
Good computer skills, know how to use excel and outlook is a must;
Excellenet command of English;
Experiance in multinational company is an advantage.
