· Keep filling systems in which documents could be readily available, easily traced and ensure that all documents fulfil the appropriate source document for all grant.
· Conduct surprise cash counts handled by field Finance assistant and report to the Program Area Finance Coordinator on regular basis.
· Keep separate records of all fixed asset purchase with Emergency Grant funds.
· Follow the proper documentation of in kind material distribution and readily avail to the during the final reporting
· Responsible for the timely settlement of cash advance to Emergency field offices and report to the Program Area Finance coordinator if there is any delay;
· Perform timely payment of Tax and Pension fund specific to Field emergency offices.
· Replace the task of Programme Area Finance officer/assistant in their absence/when necessary.
· Performs any other duty assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
· Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Child Protection (CPP) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI) are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility.
