Purpose
The responsibility of the Junior Manager of Programme Quality (JMoPQ) is to provide support to the Manager of Programme Quality (MoPQ), Programme Managers (PGMs) and Grant Manager to ensure high quality programme design, implementation and Monitoring Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL). This includes contributing to the development of ZOA Ethiopia’s strategic plans and meeting Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) in ZOA’s work. A major responsibility of this role is to support the development of high-quality project proposals for potential donors and supports the finalization of high-quality project narrative reports. In addition, the JMoPQ will be responsible to ensure that ZOA Ethiopia’s project files are administered effectively by maintaining systems and supporting colleagues as required to meet all reporting and submission deadlines for internal and donor reports.
